Crystal is co-founder of On Haven Aesthetics P.L.L.C. She is a Registered Nurse, holding a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from UNH and has been practicing in Boston since 2005. Her journey to aesthetics began in 2019 when she obtained her certifications, but her passion for aesthetics began long before that! Being an ICU and PACU nurse for the duration of her career, she holds her aesthetic practice to the highest standards of safety and quality, all while staying true to maintaining natural results. She is passionate about building lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and your goals for your aesthetic journey, because every journey is different. She believes that we all deserve to look and feel our best. As a 40 year old mom of three young kids, feeling her best helps her feel like she can excel in all aspects of her life. She is passionate about helping others to feel the same.

Elizabeth is co-founder of On Haven Aesthetics P.L.L.C. She is a board certified Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate degree in Nursing as well as a Masters in Nursing Education. In addition to being a skilled injector Elizabeth works locally as a primary care provider which offers her a unique perspective that clients find comforting. Known for her subtle approach to aesthetics Elizabeth prides herself in the ability to “enhance with a natural approach.” Working as On Haven Aesthetics’ medical director Elizabeth also finds time to support the clinical staff through educational trainings.

Taylor has not only excelled in the medical field as a Vascular Access Nurse at Dartmouth Hitchcock but has also seamlessly transitioned as an injector into the medical aesthetic industry at On Haven Aesthetics. Graduating with her BSN, Taylor's vibrant and detail-oriented approach has fueled her passion for delivering safe, beautiful, and natural results to her aesthetic clients and patients.
Beyond her clinical roles, Taylor has taken on an administrative roll at On Haven Aesthetics. Her approach, combining medical expertise, aesthetic finesse, administrative acumen, and passion reflects her commitment to providing comprehensive and exceptional care to every client. Taylor brings a unique blend of skill and genuine care to every client, making her an invaluable member of the On Haven Aesthetics team.
Master Esthetician
Becoming an aesthetician was a career change for Theodora. She attended two years of beauty school in Europe and practiced there for several years while raising her 5 children. After moving back to Massachusetts, she decided to spread her wings and open Soma Aesthetics in Burlington. Being a mother of five gave her the tools to multi-task and the ability to show her children that if you work hard enough anything can be done. We are extremely fortunate to have Theodora join our team at On Haven! With over 12 years experience as an esthetician and a being a mother of 5, Theodora truly understands the importance of self care.

Ashley Regan is a highly skilled Licensed Master Esthetician with over a decade of experience. Having graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2013, Ashely holds expertise in a wide range of skincare treatments. She takes pride in ensuring that each client receives a personalized and exceptional service and finds joy in making her clients feel beautiful both during and after their appointments. She excels in personalized spray tanning, Hydrafacials, and expertly crafted eyebrow shaping, delivering clients a refreshing and revitalizing experience. Ashley’s ultimate goal at On Haven Aesthetics is to have every client leave with radiant, beautiful, and hydrated skin!
